- Subscription setup: Immediately following the submission of the Prista Master Subscription Agreement a Prista Clinical Associate will contact you to get underway with your Subscription and setup process. Once completed, your Prista Clinical Associate will provide you with secure login information to access the ActionCue Clinical Intelligence application online.
- Profile setup: Once login information has been received, your Prista implementation specialist will guide you through the steps to create an initial profile in our system for your organization’s prime contact with Prista, whom we call the Subscriber Administrator.
- Account activation: Once completed your Prista Clinical Associate will activate your account for detailed setup and customization.
- Administrative setup: The final step in the ActionCue application setup involves setting the application to meet your needs. This setup process can be managed on your own, or you can request assistance and strategic guidance from your Subscriber Liaison.
